| The
Heath PAK-TO-PAK Press is the most innovative press in the short-run
forms market. Its unique design was created to fit the specific needs
of continuous and laser checks/forms production. It is designed to
profitably run jobs as small as 200 forms. It is a press system that
can easily generate $200 to $300 per press hour. |
The
key to profitability in short-run production is quick make-ready and
minimal waste. The Heath PAK-TO-PAK press, with its patented turret
system, minimizes make-ready time and drastically reduces down-time
between jobs. Typical plate changes take 30 seconds. Repeat length
changes from 2" to 14" in1/60" increments take 60 seconds, stock changes
only 30 seconds. |
