Heath sheetfed Microchek Press is a microprocessor controlled press
designed exclusively for producing MICR encoded checks and documents.
It will successfully produce
pocket checks, laser checks, pegboard checks, three-to-a-page checks, duplicate checks, internal bank documents and payment coupons. |
With the use of the patented Heath turret design and the unique quick-change plate system, down time between jobs is reduced to under 15 seconds. When running pocket checks 15 up on the Microchek Press, experienced operators are capable of producing in excess of 1400 orders in an eight hour shift. The production of laser checks on the Microchek Press will approach 150 orders per shift when running 2 up in quantities of 500. |  |
